I am an integrative psychotherapist and registered member of the BACP, offering both long-term and short-term therapy. I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches, which can be tailored to your individual needs and preferences. From early in my studies, I was drawn to understanding what truly shapes us — how our genetics, earliest experiences and relationships can leave lasting imprints on the way we think, feel, and relate to others. This curiosity became more than an academic interest; it was also informed by my own experiences and how life can be challenging at times. I went on to complete a degree in Psychology and later a Master’s in Psychotherapy, deepening my understanding.


I have worked successfully with various organisations, including the NHS, supporting clients with diverse and complex needs and a wide range of issues - even the quieter struggles deserve space and support.
I am committed to ongoing Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and research.
Today, this blend of professional training, research and personal insight informs my therapeutic work, where I aim to help clients make sense of their own stories and move toward greater connection, safety, and self-acceptance.

Therapy is a process, and while some people feel shifts early on, it often takes time for meaningful change to unfold. Therefore, I offer discounted block-booking options for ongoing support. My sessions are designed to support your emotional well-being.
